Impromptu getaways..

Hmmm.. Had an impromptu photo shooting outing. Northern trip just nice enough for the weekends. Had a quick stop by at Taiping, Perak and continue to Penang.

Weather in Taiping was superb for scenery shooting with nice blue skies. A big thank you to a newly met friend for getting me into the Taiping Zoo for free and get some nice walkabout photography shots.



The next morning traveled to Penang Island. A bright sunny afternoon was killing me terribly. Getting tough without a CPL/ND to help reduce the direct sunlight. Will be back again for another shooting. :D

Getaway: Sungai Lembing, Kuantan

This small town is located 42Km Northwest away from Kuantan Town. It is a quiet town whereby many tourist would come for a glimpse of it's past glories.

If you like waterfall and to see the sunrise/sunset this is the right place to admire the beautiful scenery. Next thing you can enjoy is the famous Yong Tau Fu and Noodle at the Pasar Lembing.

This the resort we stayed. Average Rm65 - RM80 and whole house at RM1,400.
This house has 14 rooms.

It's 0600 and we are on our way to the Rainbow waterfall.

Super GT International Series 2009

This was my 1st attempt of photography session with my friend at Sepang International Circuit. I borrowed my brother-in-law's Canon 40D on that day. Without any knowlegde using DLSR and knowing how a panning shot is done. Spending 8 hours walking around the paddock area, drooling over those who have their pitwalk passes to get close up shooting on cars, and GT babes.

Somehow, it was a great experience and manage to capture some good shot on 1st attempt with 18-200mm lense.

It's July 01, 2009. Today I found my blog which created 3 years back. It is totally blank and now I decide to do some posting. I won't be writing a lot as I really hate to write.

My brown biatch...

My 1st owned, Proton Perdana V6.

This piece of metal brought me lots of friends and many places with friends I met. Since then I spend most of my time on it. Effort I poured on it uncountable. It went for autocross, track (Speang & Pasir Gudang), Sunday morning hill attack drive with a bunch of friend from car club. It's now SOLD to used car dealer last 30th December 2008.

There is no information of this car specification to share as it's nothing great to shout about. The mods and research is fail. Here's some photos to share.
